School sessions will follow the duration requested by the schools.
Parent and Family sessions last either 30-minutes or one hour.

All session are live. Sessions will be different each time as they relate to individual participant needs.

Parents: No. Parent and Family sessions are virtual.

Schools: Participants in School sessions will be determined at the time of scheduling.
Parent and Family: Yes. Sessions will be individual, while classes will be in small groups.

Any family member wanting to learn how to change a behavior. This can be more than one individual (e.g., couples).
It is not appropriate for the child to participate.

To an extent. For Parents and Families Classes. The coach will know all participants' names; however, there are some ways to increase anonymity with other participants. One can maintain some level of anonymity during a session by (1) using their first name only on screen and verbally, (2) turning their camera off, and/or (3) typing questions in a direct message to the coach.

Sessions do NOT qualify as behavioral therapy. Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Spero provides behavioral coaching, which will reference the principles of applied behavior analysis; however, this is not a replacement or substitute for behavioral therapy or any other type of medical or mental health treatment .

No. Costs are comparable to a typical insurance co-payment.

No intervention works 100% of the time. Even brushing and flossing your teeth after every meal does not guarantee you will not get a cavity.
Investing time and effort cannot guarantee desired results. We will discuss strategies that have a high likelihood of success, but nothing is guaranteed to work.
